The objective of the reconstruction was to improve the art school with a focus on energy efficiency. The work carried out included the insulation of the exterior walls (on the uninsulated section of the building), thermal insulation of the flat roof, installation of measuring and communication devices for data collection, transmission, and recording, as well as the modernization of the lighting system, which involved the replacement of light fixtures.
