The main objective of the reconstruction of the Elementary art school at Gessayova 8 was to reduce the building’s energy consumption. Significant works carried out during the renovation included the insulation of the facade, thermal insulation of the roof, replacement of windows and doors, installation of a thermal regulation unit for the heating system, replacement of interior lighting, and the renovation of the building’s terraces.
